About Sheryl Chase
Sheryl Chase was born and raised in Newellton, Louisiana, where she experienced the strength of family and community in a small, close-knit town. Deeply family-oriented, Sheryl enjoys spending her spare time reading, crafting, and cooking, often sharing her love for these activities with her loved ones. After living in Seattle, Washington, for seven years, where she pursued a Medical Assistance certification from Eton College, she eventually transitioned to a career in the banking industry, specializing in electronic support.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Sheryl helped co-found Walker Chase Hope Foundation. Growing up in a small town with limited resources, she has firsthand knowledge of the struggles children face when opportunities are scarce. Her passion for the nonprofit sector stems from her commitment to providing kids with the resources and opportunities she did not have growing up. Through her work, Sheryl hopes to create a brighter future for the next generation, ensuring that no child is left behind.
